I felt like I was swimming in the lap of luxury with the stunning views of the sea and pool from the balcony of my terrace. The apartment had all the comforts of home, with a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy seating area to relax after a long day of exploring. The kids' club was a hit with my little ones, keeping them entertained for hours while I enjoyed some well-deserved relaxation time. The free WiFi was a lifesaver, allowing me to stay connected and share my amazing vacation moments with friends and family.

The venue has brand-new rooms and unbeatable location near a bus stop. Apartment's staff is accommodating. It offers a sitting area, iron/ironing board and a work desk. Private bathroom, family atmosphere...

On the whole, it’s NICE comfy base for having fun and exploring Rizokarpaso. A clean apartment, has a fridge, an electric kettle, and a microwave oven. Staff is always nice and amiable.

Het ontbijt op de kamer was ruim gesorteerd en we konden zelf koffie en thee zetten. Het parkeren, dat overal in de stad betaald is, was goed geregeld met een parkeerkaart van het hotel. De kamer was netjes en de badkamer, hoewel klein, was geen probleem. De matrassen waren comfortabel en de inrichting van de kamer was trendy met een zwart-wit kleurenschema. Elke dag werd er goed schoongemaakt en kregen we nieuwe handdoeken. Er was natuurlijk een koffiezetapparaat en waterkoker aanwezig, die elke dag bijgevuld werden. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Absoluut niets verwerpelijks.

This venue has a special atmosphere and is exceptionally clean, it's situated near many attractions at Karpaz Peninsula and Famagusta region and in a quiet neighborhood, plus it's close to a water park, making it a fantastic place to stay.

Whenever I visit Rizokarpaso, I always stay at this incredible place. From my first stay, when they helped me print my boarding pass, I knew I made the right choice. With Wi-Fi, free parking, air conditioning and a fitness center, it's perfect for my business trips.

The location near the sea was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the beach. We also loved the proximity to the water park, where we spent most of our days. the room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed. the staff was helpful and friendly, providing excellent service. the breakfast provided a good variety of options. the view from our room was stunning, overlooking the pools and water park. we enjoyed the facilities and advantages of the hotel.

The cleanliness of the toilets in the aqua park was an issue, with muddy water on the floor and no cleaning available.

I must say, the value for money at this place was impressive. The studio apartment had all the amenities we needed, including free WiFi and a washing machine. Plus, we even had access to Netflix! The complex itself was still being built, but the pool areas were clean and tidy, offering plenty of space for relaxation. The staff were very friendly and showed us around the room, which had a lovely large balcony. a great experience.

The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement, particularly in terms of variety.

The highlight of my holiday was the amazing location of the hotel. It was situated right by the sea, offering breathtaking views of the coastline. I also enjoyed the comfortable and clean apartment that I stayed in. It had all the necessary amenities and provided a calm atmosphere for relaxation. the surrounding hills provided the perfect opportunity for some outdoor activities like tracking and enjoying beautiful sunrises and sunsets.

There were several negative aspects of my stay at this hotel. there was ongoing construction work nearby, which created a lot of noise and dust, making it difficult to enjoy peaceful moments outside.

Mind-blowingly new and clean apartments, super friendly staff, jaw-dropping waterpark and pools, stunning views, fully equipped kitchen, free shuttle, nearby beautiful beach, David is amazing!

The location of these apartments is perfect for beach lovers, as it is just a short walk to the beautiful sandy beach.

the shower was leaking, which made it quite a challenge to take a shower without flooding the entire bathroom.

We recently stayed at a lovely apartment in a resort with great amenities. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the use of the gym, indoor swimming pool, and hammam. The kids' club was also a fantastic addition for our little ones. it was a fantastic stay and we highly recommend this hotel.

Although our stay was enjoyable, we did notice a couple of minor drawbacks. The furnishing in the apartment could have been of better quality and the cleanliness could have been more thorough.

I stayed at Helena Pool Apartments for 14 days and had a wonderful time. The 1 bedroom apartment was clean, modern, and had a fully operational kitchen. It was perfect for both relaxation and work. The staff were incredibly helpful, and there was a convenient free shuttle service available. The nearby Sunrise Beach was absolutely beautiful, and the location was perfect for cyclists with stunning surrounding hills to explore.

Totally recommend this hotel.
